Getting help

SeerrSense is run by one person. Write and you will get an answer from the person who runs the server and wrote the code, usually within a couple of days.

• “No Seerr is connected to this account yet.” Open /account and attach your Overseerr or Jellyseerr. The page tests the address and API key before saving them.
• “Could not reach your Seerr.” The address on /account must be reachable from the internet. A Seerr behind Cloudflare Access needs its service token in the CF-Access-Client-Id and CF-Access-Client-Secret fields.
• “That title is already available / pending.” Working as intended: a request is filed only for something your Seerr does not already have or expect.
• Sign-in does not finish. On this server, any Google account with a verified e-mail address can sign in. Remove the connector from your assistant, add https://seerrsense.mctl.ai/mcp again and pick the account you meant; the sign-in runs once more.
• The assistant shows old tool descriptions. Clients cache the tool list. In ChatGPT start a new conversation or refresh the app; in claude.ai remove and re-add the connector.

• Bugs and feature requests: GitHub Issues. Public, searchable, and where fixes are tracked.
• Anything about your account or your data, including deletion: [email protected].

What to include

1. Which assistant (claude.ai, Claude Code, ChatGPT, other) and roughly when it happened.
2. What you asked for and what the assistant said back, word for word if you can.
3. Whether /account shows your Seerr as connected.
4. Never your API key, your service token, or a password. Nobody here needs them.

Your data

You can remove everything this server holds about you yourself: /account, then Delete my account. What is stored, and for how long, is on the privacy page.
